Shifting to a DevOps Culture

As we continue to move our platform to a more service-oriented architecture, our backend engineering teams started to notice collaboration barriers between the development teams and operations team. In order to break down these barriers, we decided to shift to a DevOps culture by merging our various backend teams to form a unified Cloud team.
