Where are you from?

Philadelphia, PA

Why did you join Inkling?

I learned about Inkling about two years before joining and, at the time, I thought that the technology was different in a big way. But in an even bigger way, the Inkling team was (and continues to be) incredibly thoughtful and dedicated.

What do you do?

As an Implementation Manager, I am responsible for overall customer success. I also help with sales enablement to make sure that the Client Solutions and Sales teams work together seamlessly.

Presales - Pilot Phases Our implementation approach can be broken down into four phases: Discover, Plan, Build, and Validate.

What has been your proudest moment at Inkling?

We recently held two customer workshops and received great feedback. They were really excited about the platform and the team, and thanked us for our creativity and commitment to their content. That’s what makes me proud to be part of this team.

What do you do in your spare time?

I love to cook. I was giddy when I realized that I could read The Professional Chef by The Culinary Institute of America on Inkling. Also, there are only a few places to get a legitimate East Coast slice in San Francisco, so my husband and I have perfected pizza at home.

What’s your favorite quote?

“…and the tree was happy.” —The Giving Tree, Shel Silverstein

What do you love about working at Inkling?

I’m challenged every day to think differently and find better solutions. I’m a pretty competitive person and Inkling pushes me to be better. I love that!
