Where are you from?

Hereford, PA

Why did you join Inkling?

Because there’s so much potential to improve the way we learn. Inkling continues to bring a rigor to the creation of learning materials in a way that I haven’t observed elsewhere.

What do you do?

I manage a team of engineers who spend their time trying to make our platform as useful as possible for two audiences: authors who write content in Habitat, and developers who build interactivity into content.

What has been your proudest moment at Inkling?

I’m proud of helping to build a team that enjoys working together, trusts and supports each other, and builds some kick-ass software. More than that, I’m proud of the people I get to work with– their integrity, care, and skill.

What do you do in your spare time?

When I’m not in front of a computer, I like to be as fully unplugged as possible, such as finding natural hot springs!

What do you love about working at Inkling?

The people are awesome. The technology we get to use and develop is really exciting and fresh. And the ways in which we make learning materials more interesting and effective is inspiring.
